During a fluoride treatment, our experienced pediatric staff will apply a fluoride gel or foam to your child’s teeth. The treatment only takes a few minutes, and it is painless and non-invasive. 

After the treatment, we will advise your child not to eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes to allow the fluoride to be fully absorbed by the teeth. Fluoride treatments are especially beneficial for children who are at high risk of developing cavities, such as those with a history of tooth decay or who consume a lot of sugary foods and drinks.
