Dr. Jay Vaikuntam, known to his patients as “Dr. Jay”, grew up in the South of India before fulfilling his life-long dream of being a Pediatric Dentist. After obtaining his Dental license in Madras, India, he moved to the U.S. to further his Dental Education and obtain his Certificate of Pediatric Dentistry from the Rochester Eastman Institute of Oral Health in New York. Dr. Jay then spent time as an Instructor to Dental Students in the area of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Texas Health & Science Center, and the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Jay has always had a true passion for working with children- something that is obvious to every patient and parent through his kind and caring demeanor, his patience, and his ability to make the dental office an enjoyable and fun environment. Creating and cultivating a “Dental Home” is the philosophy of Dr. Jay’s practice. The idea behind the “Dental Home” is to create a space that protects and promotes the overall health of our patients and families starting with good oral health habits at home.
In his free time, Dr. Jay enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, along with their two Golden Retrievers, Bella and Leiah. He also loves cooking, exploring the beautiful outdoors, and practicing photography.
Dr. Courtney Miller, known as Dr. Courtney, is a pediatric dentist dedicated to delivering progressive, high-quality care in a welcoming and stress-fee environment for children and their families. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Oregon Health & Science University and completed her pediatric residency at Texas A&M University in Dallas, Tx.
Originally from Albany, Oregon, Dr. Courtney is proud to serve the community she calls home. She is known for her easy-going, outgoing personality and her ability to connect with children while tailoring care to each child’s unique needs. Dr. Courtney especially enjoys building lasting relationships with the families she serves and believes that trust and connection are key to a lifetime of healthy smiles.
When she’s not in the office, Dr. Courtney enjoys traveling, cooking, golfing, and puzzles, and values time spent with her husband, family, and friends.
